Total West Memphis Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation services, including but not limited to spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, wall insulation, air sealing, vapor barrier installation, and related work. Services are provided in West Memphis, AR and surrounding communities in Arkansas, Tennessee, and Mississippi. All services are subject to a written estimate and a signed service agreement before work begins.
Estimates provided by Total West Memphis Insulation are based on a visual on-site assessment and the information available at the time of the visit. Estimates are not guaranteed final prices. Actual costs may differ if conditions discovered during work differ materially from what was visible during the estimate - for example, hidden moisture damage, structural issues, or previously unknown materials.
We will communicate any material changes to the original estimate before proceeding with additional work. You will not be billed for work beyond the original estimate without your approval.
Appointments for estimates and service work are scheduled by mutual agreement. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations may result in a rescheduling delay.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, crew availability, or other circumstances outside our control. We will contact you as soon as possible if a rescheduling is necessary.
Payment terms will be specified in the written service agreement for each project. In general, payment is due upon completion of work unless a different arrangement is agreed to in writing before the job begins. We accept payment by check, cash, and other methods as communicated at time of agreement.
Overdue balances may be subject to a late payment fee. If payment is not received after reasonable notice, we reserve the right to pursue collection through appropriate legal channels. You are responsible for any reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees, if we are required to take legal action to collect an unpaid balance.
We stand behind the quality of our work. Any specific warranty coverage for a project will be stated in your written service agreement. Unless stated otherwise in writing, our warranty covers defects in workmanship for a period specified in the service agreement.
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to flooding, pest infestation after project completion, structural movement, or misuse of the installed materials.
Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate from our workmanship warranty and are governed by the manufacturer terms. THE WEBSITE AND ANY INFORMATION ON IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Total West Memphis Insulation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim related to a project shall not exceed the amount you paid us for that specific project. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising out of these terms or your use of our services shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Arkansas.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
